Nijuniju

Many years ago, we released a hiragana/katakana review application called Nijuniju.

This app then became Alphavetist when we introduced more languages, like Hebrew, Cyrillic, Korean, Inuktitut, Greek and Morse.

We are reviving it for Uxn, focusing on its original goal to review hiragana and katakana.

Nijuniju will be our second Uxn release, second to Nasu—the pixel editor was necessary to make sprites and assets for the game. Sometimes to make the thing, you've got to make another thing.

Nasu on Uxn.

We'll use Niju to write a tutorial for the Uxn version of Nasu. As of now, there is no documentation. We are working on it.

We prefer to make a project with it first, to test out all features and to work out the remaining bugs. Doing this will ensure a stable release, and that the documentation won't change too much. This version of Nasu will supersede the one on itchio, and will be its last iteration.
