Logbook
Added 2020-08-05 18:34:25 +0000 UTCWhile crossing from Shimoda, JP to Victoria CA, we kept a logbook. I would write the happenings of the day. It is long, as I poured much of my mind into it, it kept me sane on this difficult journey.

We'll release more daily. I have about a week and half left to transcribe. Be warned, some of this might be distressing to some people.
We're still in quarantine, with 6 days left! Land is close, so close!
We'd like to thank everyone who's been helping us with laundry, food and electronics during this time. Thank you Jason, for laundry and take-out food, Brian, for baking supplies, Cameron, for happy junk foods, Robert, for the fresh produce, Judie & Colin, for the company, Marie, for the pocket wifi, brew and fresh produce, Colin N., for the mouse and Warren for the fresh produce and beer. We are so, so, SO grateful! I get tear-eyed every time someone offers to help. After many days of being alone together, and having to struggle to solve our own problems, it's nice to have outside assistance.

Finally got time to read through this and what a read! Almost cannot believe how rough a journey it was for you. If i'm reading right, congratulations on your engagement as well - I'm sure you two have formed quite a bond through your adventures!
