The book is distributed by Lulu. They work with printers all over the world, so that most copies are produced locally and travel relatively short distances. It is the same service employed by Low-Tech Magazine to publish their printed website.
Lulu provides a very good print-on-demand service. This is ideal for us, because we can't store many copies of the book due to space constraints and moisture.
We hope you like it :>. Otherwise, there is always the free unedited online version of the logbook, or the formatted e-book version.
