Plus I unfortunately had another panic attack on both this past Friday and Saturday and almost had more panic attacks everyday since then. I really do appreciate your message that just because today is Valentineās Day, doesnāt mean that you have to do anything and that you can choose to celebrate whenever you want to, that is honestly an absolutely wonderful, beautiful, and incredibly important message, again, tack sĆ„ mycket š„¹š«ā¤ļø Like several others have already said, I hope that youāre taking care of and treating yourself to a very relaxing day today!
