Scramble all fighters!

Hey folks, I’m sure you’ve all heard the news that X-Wing TMG will unfortunately no longer continue development. A lot of us have fond memories playing xwing, for me xwing got me back into the hobby as an adult.

I was working on some fury road warboys when I read the news and decided it’s finally time to get started on some “fighter style” miniatures. I know a lot of you would like to see some smaller ships (I do too!)

Now, making smaller ships doesn’t mean that we stop making legion scale ships, however it is easier to make and test print a smaller ship so sometimes I may release new ships in Fighter style first then release larger higher detail versions later.

To help get the ball rolling on our new fighter style line we’re gonna tweak our existing line of ships and convert them into fighter style. This will by default fulfill the monthly vehicle slot however we will still be making larger vehicles and creatures becuase why not!

And finally and I know you’re all wondering about that 1:285 scale Tornado in the corner. Well, firstly it’s there to give a good reference between the original xwing release last year and the tweaked fighter style xwing. Secondly it’s a great way to tease yet another project some of you are aware of. Project Bandit was out Covid project, inspired by our love of Xwing and now I guess it’s gonna help fill that xwing sized hole in the table top world. While the tornado is not available to print (partially because it’s not finished, partially becuase it’s a product that we intend to be cast and molded for mass production)
