Finally switched to pay on pledge!

So I've finally decided to switch over to pay on pledge. :) This means payment will process as soon as the person becomes a patron, and on the first of each month unlike what we're used to which is only processing payment on the first of each month. I changed it so I can protect myself and our community from people taking advantage of us and leaving without making any payments.
