Hello everyone ๐
Continuing the Super Mario theme, I made a pencil holder.
โ๏ธ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ
Btw, Super Mario Bros. 1985 will turn 40 in September; it was released in Japan on September 13, 1985. This character never gets old, he is always 25 years old, although technically Mario is now 69 years old, considering his first appearance was in the game Donkey Kong in 1981 ๐ฎ.
For printing, you do not need ASM/ACE; each part is a single color and is printed separately.
I tried to optimize the design for 3D printing to minimize supports.
This is not a canonical design, more like a collective image ๐ผ๏ธ.
The bush that Mario is leaning on, I made voxel-based; it was the only part where removing the supports was difficult for me. I guess I overdid the detail, making the cubes too smallโit ended up like 16-bit graphics instead of 8-bit ๐ฅ
Assembly is simple; everything is assembled using glue ๐ง

Start with the head, mustache, sideburns, eyebrows ๐ฅธ

Hat ๐ค

Body, arms, hands ๐ช

Boots, and button ๐๐

Pipe, ground, bushes ๐ช

The coins are not a single structure; add the quantity to your liking.

๐ If you look closely at the pipe at the bottom, you can notice a stripe. I had a power surgeโก. I decided not to print a new part but pressed "resume print" after the failure.
