I have now compressed them to regular zip. Much better now. I also run a 7700k i7 CPU, so that's from the stone age by this point (2017).
Again, 7zip is great for extracting files (what you use it for). Not for the modder side of things (me). Currently uploading version 2 of the needed files on the Patreon. Please be patient while this process completes overnight. You will see new files with v2 after it. The other files 'Skyrim NG ACW CORE' and 'Skyrim NG ACW Textures 7' are confirmed to be working.
