What do you struggle with the most relating to privacy + mental health?

Doing a quick poll for a project we're working on!

Maybe there should've been more than these 3 options to vote for, I don't know. I think an online presence can still be achieved without social media but either way that's the symptom of the problem. The problem is the scale of the problem, the abuse that's legalized, exploitation and violation of fundamental human rights that's normalized. As Edward Snowden said, these are fundamentally anti democratic forces and I'd argue anti social forces. The problem gets solved if many of us are informed and are willing to do something about it, certainly we're not even close to how many people are informed. If living in such ugly surveillance capitalism and more, wasn't enough, there are way too many people that argue what are you trying to hide and thus making it difficult to gain as many people needed to bring the change. People arguing about how privacy doesn't matter is the symptom caused by the actual problem which is the illusion of ever present privacy by default and inability to face that thing called the truth once they find out how fooled they were. I vote for helplessness although I am personally frustrated by how many people are sheep that keep lying themselves about how everything is okay when it clearly isn't. There are way too many people whom it's literally easier to scam than to explain to them that they've been scammed and that I feel is the problem that causes the helplessness of how little there is we can do about it.

I am SO fascinated by this question as I've never considered this particular intersection and feel at a loss for how to answer! I'll be stewing on this more and am super curious what others are think-feeling about this.
