This episode is all about being messy, embracing the shadow and releasing perfection, performance, pressureeee.
Loop = same thing over and over again acted out for learning a lesson
Cycle = Natural, perfect state of things ebbing and flowing, up and down, life and death

p.s. I gave myself a tattoo of a spiral and I’m really obsessed with the symbol lately. It feels very comfy very “yesssss”
