Patch Notes 1.17 - Opposing Force

Hello!

It's just about time! Monday will bring about the backer builder release of the new patch. We're particularly excited about this one, as we'll be advancing the main plot. We can't wait to hear what you think about it!

But you're here for the patch notes! Here's what's cooking in our newest release!

(Hotfix 1.17.1 - Fixed tower stress tests for dating not triggering during 'Free Play' mode)

Chastity's Last Task!

• Meet Virginia, the last of Chastity's challenges -- and an (ahem!) honest-to-God nun! Will you be able to corrupt her, or is there more going on than meets the eye?
• Tour your locations with your guest to try and identify her weakness... or just enjoy the comraderie of a new companion!
• Defend your Tower, pay your debts, and at last discover why Lazren picked you!

Closing Your Accounts!

• Avery now has a new debt payment system. Visit Selene in the Vault to pay your debt before the end game. Dialogue has been updated to incorporate this new feature.

New Achievements!

• New achievements have been activated -- and a few new ones added!  You can now strive towards:
    - S is the Best
    - All About The D
    - Boy Toy
    - Package Smuggler
    - Gal Pal
    - Bite The Hand That Feeds
• 'Huge Tracks of Land' has been changed from 204800 energy to 25600 to reflect changes in the Vault capacity. (See below!)
• 'Infernal Architect' now only requires all buildings be level 3, rather than 5. Now that the game is nearing completion, most people won't have the advantage of downtime between releases to build up all the way to level 5.
• One of the hidden achievements is now easier to obtain (No, we won't tell you which one)

Other Changes!

• Maximum vault energy cap changed from 204800 to 25600.  Note that this will reduce your current maximum to the new amount, if you are over it.  (This is the BASE amount, and the total cap can be increased and altered by means of various in-game perks, such as Storage Tanks management mode at Shakes 'n Sundaes.)
