Now begins the second year of development of Coill City! I'm currently still busy with family meetings and such, but I've managed to make some progress.
Small Progress Update!
I've transcribed all 22 previous events to Ren'Py without major errors.
Now I'm clearing up any minor issues I find along the way. I'm planning on leaving visual effects to a minimum for now so I can focus on getting you all a new version as soon as possible.
I'll keep working on the script for a few more days to hopefully get all events working fully before I have to start working January's art content (Parody & Coill City).
Once that's done I'll jump straight into getting the "Sim" portion of the game working, which I hope won't take longer than a day or two, including testing. Then, finally, I'll be able to start writing the last 4-6 events I have saved up.
Thank you all for your support! I can't believe we've reached ~190 Patrons! I really hope I can bring you a new build as soon as possible, I don't like leaving you guys hanging this long... Let's hope things go smoothly for the next few months, I could use a lucky break!
That's all for now, I may try sending shorter progress updates in the future, these take a surprisingly long time to write and I could use all the time I can find.
