Hikari City

It is one of the smallest Provinces of the six within the world, but it is heralded for its legendary Academy, which is considered the most prestigious in the world. The city itself is comprised of several districts, from community, to entertainment and shopping, to residential: all leading up to the summit where the Academy itself can be found.
The Province is located in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, in Nevada; where it is hidden away deeply in the forest and surrounded by a encirclement of mountains, even further protected by an enchantment that would confuse and redirect any non-Atenkiji who may approach to closely. The Province is led by the Headmaster of the Academy, a mysterious man, who looks deceptively old despite his age, Suké Ponétari. He is considered to be the strongest living Atenkiji by the time the story starts.
