First up, there’s a new YouTube video out!
It’s a custom Red Space Marine tutorial, loosely based on the Blood Angels PDF I posted a while back.
I found an old firstborn marine and gave it a modern upgrade using the sponge and a few other techniques.
Some interesting results for sure, go check it out if you haven’t already.

Also, a quick sorry! Last time, I said the Horus Heresy Dark Angels batch paint would be out already.
Still chipping away at it, but it’s taking a bit longer than I expected.
It’s a big one! 60 Marines, so I’ve decided to split it into two parts.

One will focus just on batch painting tips and tricks in general,
The other will be a proper ‘how to paint’ guide for the Horus Heresy Dark Angels specifically.
I think splitting them makes more sense instead of cramming it all into one.

Meanwhile, I’ve been working on a custom conversion: a spear-throwing marine.
I and a lot of people recommended Emperor's Spears, and it is the top pick so far, but if you’ve got other chapter ideas, let me know here too!

Planning to give him a proper lightning spear with arcs of lightning actually glued on — not just painted effects this time.
Should be a pretty wild one when it’s done.
