Community Chats are live!

Hey everyone! I gathered the top three topics for community chats for the month of October, and they are live and will be for all of October, so feel free to plug in whenever you want and get chatting! The three topics I decided on are:

Making Friends: A place to chat about methods to make and keep friends! Personally, I love the Friend Forward podcast for episodes about friendships, and might be doing a mini episode sometime soon about ways to make and keep friends - especially after moving to a new city (something I have a lot of experience with haha these past 10 years moving around). Feel free to chat about ways you make friends in here, or even connect with fellow floozies in the chat and make digital (or local) friends!

Exercise and Time Outside: A lot of people wrote in about wanting to get their body moving more, and spend more time outside. You can use this chat to share exercise videos, ways you like to move, questions about working out, or even just to celebrate times you get outside and encourage each other to be in nature more.

Food - Gut Health, Fiber, Protein and more: A summary of what a lot of people wrote in, so a place to share recipe ideas (especially lazy recipes!) to talk about what works for our gut, hyper-fixation meals that we're into, and share photos of things that we've made!

Feel free to share resources in all of these chats, use them for venting, connecting, or anything of the sort!
