This. I'm supporter of Stepandy for almost a year already, I'm sure is possible to verify that. a lot of the new work I wasn't able to look it because I could do it later and now is gone without any warning. you should at least provide a backup for the patreons that supported you before the update

If you're going to do it this way, you need to give people more of a heads-up so they can download all of the art they already were patrons for when you created them. As it is now, people had no warning time to save all of your pictures. Also, if you're going to lock things away at the end of the month you should provide a link to all of the images in a dropbox / google drive folder for that tier for that month. Having to go and manually download your entire patreon is a several hour task. Trying to download other patreon art I sponsored is such a pain I've basically given up on it. If you make it difficult for people to see your art, it's going to be difficult for people to want to support your art. I really respect you, but I truly feel this is a very poor decision.

look i totally understand what you mean, i really do. but in one month at $10 can give you full access to everything and then switch to $3-$5 tier for the next month. it's a one time thing pretty much. but this is helpful, i really need to hear all your opinions.

I'd like to hear Piter's answer and not your personal interpretation. I'm StePandy's translator and I manage her work, but am also a Patron of hers, where's the problem? I use my name when answering her emails.

He means to say that artists doubling their prices to see older content made that patreons already supported is a dick move. He's out and disgusted by the greed. Any other translations you need, you shill?

So I've been here since you started and I really ask you reconsider, Fallen. Most people can't afford to spend $10 on each artist they like. You already have a huge backlog, but this is really going to hurt people who try to donate to you. Essentially you're asking them to choose between yourself and 2-3 artists who have $2 or $3 rewards. I'd like to recommend you be more open to posting your old work. There's tons of people who would support you if they came across your art. This is going the other way. :(

Well, it's time to quit i guess.

You're not on StePandy's Patreon right now... Anyway, when something will be uploaded it will be uploaded as always, with old prices. But things that are 1 month old will get to 10$. You can download anything when you see it.

Well that can't be true because all of the content on Stepanda's page with "Double Cuddles" for instance is now locked at $10 and I can no longer see it! I don't think I can download at $5. This whole thing just sucks that you are both doing this.

But the 3 and 5 tiers are still there! Nothing changes

the tiers 3 and 5 won't disappear. if you've been a long standing supporter you should have had the time to download the files you got at that tier.

how long have you been with me? it say something like 2 years. didn't you have the time to download all the previous sketches? the $3-$5 will still be there for the new artwork and new ones will be able to watch the last 2 month of works at those tiers. at the $3 tier you'll still get what you've been getting so far.

But you still get everything you had before, with 5$! It refers to older content only. You can download anything you like when you see it, it's your advantage as a long-term Patron.

Too expensive. I admire your work, but i don't have a possibility to spend 10 $ on it.

It's bad because some of us can't afford all of our fave Patrons when they double prices. Now I have to choose one or just cancel altogether. I was supporting Stepanda at $5 for months and now all the past content is locked at $10. Does that sound fair?
