4.4 is Fucked
4.4 Mods is currently Broken since GI just update new feature called " Dynamic character resolution" and it THE MAIN reason for most broken mods.
So please turn off this feature if u want to use mods. It is located under Settings -> Graphics -> Dynamic Character Resolution
There also a few character that got there hash change. We will fix it late...
