Working hard to govern a part of the state is very difficult; sometimes it's necessary to take a small reward so that your work isn't so exhausting.

At least the micro-governors will enjoy the view of the governor's interior. It's a shame that its atmosphere only lasts as long as it has flavor.

1. The original scene, or rather the original idea, was for Stella to eat something and for us to have a view inside her.
