Ghost hands

A short video showing the results of playing with a few settings. I wanted to try making some floating hands and I think they turned out ok. I also deformed the mesh around the glowing hands to make it look like they where pushing into the skin. 

October 2021 Sketchbook

Here's this months sketch's I was playing around with different lighting this month and I like how it turned out. I also tried some mesh deformation If you look closely at the ghost hands you can see a slight indent where the finger is pressing in.

Future plans

With the conclusion of the most recent chapter of the stuffing comic It will be some time before the next chapter in the series is ready. I'm not quite sure how I want to continue the story from here and can only work on the script on my day off. In the meantime I plan to make a monthly sketchbook of sorts, a collection of renders and simple animations that I make in my free time and will post ...
