I uploaded a temporary Workaround Fix here, which should fix one of the 123... Lot not loading Error Issues.
Like I did in my own Mod Fixes I uploaded last time, I edited all ingame Situations where "time jump" was set to "simulate" and set it to "allow" instead. It will not fix all stucked Lots but should unstuck those, where my Mods like Auto Employee spawned these Situations.

I got requests by Patrons to add a higher Tier, and to add the possibility to pay annually. Both Options have been added today. The annual Payment has a Discount of 10%.
If you already are a Patron and want to switch to the annual Payment, you can do so by editing your Membership afaik.
