I felt sick a couple days ago and felt better yesterday, but woke up really sick today ☹️😭 any tricks for a cold/cough? Anyway here’s my training. I was working on my drop backs. I wasn’t focused on going deep, but more doing it with that band around my thighs. Missinkblot assigned that to me once and I couldn’t do it. Can now!! I’m excited to try again with her recent feedback.
