Dear HWS Patrons,
as announced in the forum I want to give you guys a regular update about our progress for the upcoming new HWS 11 Universe.
Please keep in mind it's not finished at all and still heavy back and forth.
Nevertheless you might see our intentions, ideas and leave feedback if you like.
As always, since 4 years, it starts with a pen and paper 😄

The first thing I need to know is "what shape should it be"? In the universe, where chaos is mostly likely going on, it sounds weird, but for me it feels only good, if the shape is cool 😎
Since I wanted to boost all 4 Origins more or less independent, it was clear to me, that it has to be something with a circle or star.
So what shape could be better than our HWS Logo star!? 🌟
Anyways, it's of course not all determined by a nice shape. After some prototypes there is quite huge potential out there to follow that path.
Mainly the dynamic mix of SV, CV and Supergate travels.
Please note: this is not a map you used to see like before! This Star Universe layout is already using the new Multi Solar System feature!
Here is just an example what I mean with that:

Within 1 Sun, we could have the whole universe we have right now in HWS 10.
And as you can see in our HWS 11 work in progress scribble, we have quite a few "Suns" 😉

The point though is, how to keep the spirit of the current universe and make it even better?
What was especially good in the current one?
I would say the progression from PvE to PvP. Maybe too slow but for sure helpful for new players to not get destroyed in PvP right at the beginning.
And of course the Center! Right now we have kind of 2 Centers. ECC and Homeworld.
What if we could combine it now with Multi Solar Systems?
That is what we try. It's a total new approach but I think this is a huge potential for PvE but especially PvP. In the center, the Xeo Sun System, the idea is to have

The challenge and goal will be of course, to not make the trip to ECC through PvP.
Each Sun System will have one PvE entrance orbit, which is taxed. That way everyone can travel to ECC following a thin PvE path but left and right, Pirates are waiting.
Supergates can make it even more convenient to reach the Center of course.
