Personal Teleportation Device Feature Unlocked by Goal

finally we were able to implement the feature, we have reached for a while:
the PTD!
It gives you more flexibility in the HWS Universe and even some good incentives to help new players on Starter planets.
With a little money sink you just have to make sure your inventory is empty - otherwise it will get wiped during the process. 😏
