"You do not talk about money!" I'm not sure if this is a typical German saying – it probably applies in other countries as well. Nevertheless, most of us are curious about the income of our friend, neighbor or favorite cast artista :)
I have told you before that Cast unique and my website are not a side job or hobby for me, but that I earn my living with it. With accounting, taxes and everything that goes with it.
I suppose I have one thing in common with other artists: I'm unsure if this will all continue to work in the near and distant future. Making my Patreon-income visible to you is not meant to mean "Come on, give me more money!" It is just an indicator of whether the situation is relaxed or not. And whether I'm relaxed or panicking :) The current status is "quite ok".

"Über Geld spricht man nicht!" Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das ein typisch deutsches Sprichwort ist – wahrscheinlich gilt es auch in anderen Ländern. Nichtsdestotrotz sind viele von uns neugierig auf das Einkommen ihres Freundes, Nachbarn oder ihrer Lieblings-Gipskünstlerin :)
Wie die meisten von euch wissen, sind Cast unique und meine Website für mich kein Nebenjob oder Hobby, sondern ich verdiene damit meinen Lebensunterhalt. Mit Buchhaltung, Steuern und allem, was dazugehört. Ich nehme an, dass ich eine Sache mit anderen Künstlern gemeinsam habe: Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das alles in naher und ferner Zukunft weiterhin funktionieren wird. Meine Patreon-Einnahmen für euch sichtbar zu machen, soll nicht heißen: "Los, gebt mir mehr Geld!" Es ist nur ein Indikator dafür, ob die Situation entspannt ist oder nicht. Und ob ich entspannt bin oder Panik habe :) Der aktuelle Status ist "ganz ok".
