Cyberpunk 2077: Exotics - Release Version

Version 1.1 update: I've uploaded an update to the Nexus that moves all of the V assets into a separate archive file that can be disabled to play as a human with exotic NPCs.  This was a surprisingly popular request on the Nexus comment section- apparently, there are a lot non-furries over there who are interested in using the mod just to bring the game more in line with the TTRPG canon.  The update also reduces the amount of shoe clipping in the open-world npcs, and fixes a couple of other minor bugs.

Finally, after many months of work, the 1.0 version is ready for public release!

This update comes with fixes for a number of bugs, including PL-related crashes, texture issues, and missing teeth.  You can download it on the Nexus at: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9797

A huge thank-you to everyone who's supported me in developing this!  Knowing myself, with a modding project this ambitious, I'd probably have drifted onto a different project half-way through without the added incentive of not wanting to let you guys down. Also, it seems a bit far-fetched, but if the Patreon were to keep growing at the current rate for a few more years, it's possible I could quit my day-job to work on this sort of thing full-time, which would dramatically speed up how quickly I could make these.

Next up: a poll for which game I'll add anthros to next. I may also work on some final improvements to the mod while the poll is running- several people have asked about tail physics, and while I wasn't quite able to get that working when I tried earlier, I think I'll take another look at it.

With the recent Cyberpunk 2077 update to 2.2, is there any chance of you coming back to this mod? I don't know if it's made anything incompatible, I hope not, but I haven't been able to check myself. Plus it'd still be really nice for at least one of the joytoys to be modded into an Exotic. c:

Bug: some phone messages are showing values "LocKey#95362", "LocKey#95366" and so on instead of valid text. Only messages from Panam Palmer after the end of her storyline are affected. Biosculpted Exotics is the only mod installed. If I change game language from English to other language, phone messages are shown correctly. UPD: Fixed by installing "Version 2.1 Fix for Biosculpted Exotics" from nexusmods.

I first learned about you from the Cyperpunk mod, and I have to say I'm thrilled with your commitment to your work. It 100% shows in the quality of the finished product. Edit: gah, didn't realize "enter" posted, thought it was line break XD Anyways, continuing. I've been enjoying the hell out of it, and several friends picked it up as well, though at least three of my friends have been gnawing at the bit hoping for an update to add more species options. Specifically, the dragons. Personally, I'm happy with my coyote V (I'd prefer a bunny, but beggars can't be choosers) but they've outright stated the very day dragons get added, they'll be picking the mod up as well.

I haven't tried that part of the game either yet- though I'll look into turning one of them into an Exotic once I get back to the Cyberpunk mod.

Ah, alright, that's good to hear! I think the problems mainly had to do with the Phantom Liberty release and associated update changing some files and content around. Oh, also, one comment on the nexus page had an interesting idea: Any chance of any Joytoys having an "Exotic" furry makeover? :3? It'd certainly get me to actually touch that part of the game, lol

I'll definitely be updating the Cyberpunk mod once I'm done with the Tabaxi mod- possibly earlier, depending on how busy I am with other projects. In the mean time, I think another modder released a temporary fix for the recent CP update issue with the anthro mod that you can download separately on the Nexus- although I haven't tested it, so I'm not sure what issues still persist.

According to comments on the nexus page, this mod needs updating for 2.12, I'm not sure what exactly needs updating, though. Do you have any plans to come back to this, once you're done with your Tabaxi mod? Or would the fix be quick and simple enough you wouldn't even need to divert much attention away from your current works? I finally found out about your mods and I'd be sad if this mod was abandoned o: Edit: Omg I just realized you're the one that made the anthro cosmetics mod for XCOM 2!!! I loved your mod back then it was so awesome! :3

The "partner hangout" feature for 2.1 seems to have broken the exotics mod. Partners are invisible during the hangout. I'm guessing CD Projekt RED created new assets with new IDs? Is anyone else having this problem and if so have you found a work around?

Do able, but time consuming. The creator has stated on nexus that there are so many clothes to edit just to make them fit digigrade legs. Only reason Judy has digigrade legs is cause she never changes outfits.

When I change my appearance at a Ripperdoc, my eyes are completely black. Is there any way to fix this?

I would give actual money for rats with proper digitigrade rat legs and feet, even if it was restricted to like... *two* pants/shoes options.

Now that's lovely news. Here's hoping. After the amount of time and unreasonable amounts of money I put into making and commissioning cyberpunk Roo art it would be definitely a... cathartic experience to finally have on in-game lmao.

Subscribed here specifically in thanks for adding this to Cyberpunk! I'd love to see your rats and hyenas in it in the future, but as someone who is decidedly not a cat person I'm ecstatic to get so many canid options!

Figured out what the issues were. For the invisible lady, and surprisingly the feet as well, it was actually a mod that adds jiggle physics that broke the model, apparently your mod really doesn't like those ones. With the issue of both V's were human except the arms and head, that was fixed, for some reason, by removing a mod that altered the foot shape for for open sided high heels. Surprisingly the Spawn0 Body Mod *partially* works with Biosculpted Exotics... but for some reason ONLY with the Fennec, Fox, and Wolf skins. any of the others leave fem V with the same issue as the heels mod did.

Kangaroos are cool- I should probably include them as an option in some mod eventually. One difficulty with them, however, is that more than other species, they seem wrong without digitigrade paws- maybe it's the combination of a huge tail with tiny plantigrade feet that doesn't quite look right to me. That said, if you guys vote to return to Cyberpunk after the next mod, roos would definitely be an possibility. That update would almost certainly include a dragon race, which would also have a pretty huge tail, so a roos might not be much of a stretch. If I can figure out a good work-around for pants not being affected by skin tone, adding a digitigrade pants option might also be an option.

That sounds like it may be a mod conflict issue- unfortunately, a lot of body mods alter the same model or appearance files as this one, so using them together can cause conflicts. If I revisit the mod later on, building some sort of optional patch that adjusts the models to match the models of other body mods is a possibility, though I haven't looked into that closely enough yet to know what all that would entail.

Pretty sure this is a result of having the nudity filter on. There isn't a "nevernude" version of the various bodies as of yet, so you have to play with nudity visible,

Okay. I don't know what I did wrong, but the mod is not loading correctly. The heads and arms work fine, but the male V *only* has the head and arms altered, and fem V is missing everything except her head, arms, and legs and the legs are locked to the tiger skin regardless of chosen species.She's almost like a reverse Rayman. I'll probably try again from a clean install of the game to see which mod is causing the issue in the morning. Also If/when you revisit Cyberpunk maybe update the mod to be compatible with other body mods, it would be nice to be able to give V more then the default builds.

I seen this mod on nexus, and I had to sub as a little thank you. You did a really great job, and I'm a huge fan of your designs for River, Judy, and Panam. If you ever have plans to do Kerry, I'd love to see him as a raccoon, I think that'd fit his personality perfectly (plus his voice reminds me of Rocket from Guardians lol)

Do you plan on turning Kerry Eurodyne into an excotic? He's the only gay male love interest in Cyberpunk 2077. Kerry Eurodyne requires (Male V, male voice).

I've installed this 3rd Person camera mod, and have had no issues with it. I'd really like to see Digi legs, Rats, and a selection of skin textures for this mod. It turned out so nice. I should emphasize, I REALLY wanna see rats as an option. You never see those available for play anywhere and I wanna live out my Cyberpunk skaven fantasies XD

Massive congratulations, dude. You've come such a long way! I think the only thing this really needs now is the genital area fixed up and the arm seams and cyberware detailing ont he gorilla arms, Mantix blades, and projectile launcher.

Editing the mod's textures is definitely doable. You'll want to download a mod editor called WolvenKit from https://github.com/WolvenKit/WolvenKit-nightly-releases/. Using that, you can create a new mod, then copy over whatever textures you want to edit from my mod using the asset browser with "mod browser" selected. Most of the textures can be found in base\characters\exoticsco\, although some are in base\characters\common\player_base_bodies\player_female_average\jaguar\textures\. Once the textures have been added to your mod, you can use the Export Tool and Import Tool to convert them to and from an editable format.

Unfortunately, the rhino model isn't really compatible with the player at the moment- it's made to fit the bulkier Animals gang models. After the next anthro mod, however, the following poll will include an option to return to Cyberpunk to add features like that.

I actually waited this for years, and now it's finally here! Will you continue to work on this 2077 mod or the previous Xcom anthro mod? How possible will it be updated with new races like sharks or even dragons?

Sure- I think all of them are at: https://i.imgur.com/m5J31uf.png (unless I'm forgetting anything). Most of the illustrations for these were created using a mix of Midjourney and painting in Photoshop with a tablet. For example, on the fox singer, I started with an image from MJ, adjusted the shape with the liquefy tool, modified the colors, then hand-painted the eye, most of the hair and the red backlighting to get the final look. The only one I didn't modify pretty heavily was the "XX" poster- Midjourney got so close to what I was looking for with that one that I pretty much left it as-is.
