$20 tier change

The $20 tier is used by some people to pay for sketch stream slots, saving $15 per month to get a $25 dollar slot. This means if they wait a full two months, there will be no way to spend it on sketches.
Since commissions are closed, this means there's no avenue to spend it until commissions open, at which point the projects I would owe them would need to be huge or too numerous to do in a timely fashion. Even with the maximum limit of five people, this can get out of control fast.
The alteration to the $20 tier means that there's an outlet that's not constrained by time, even if it takes a little more effort in future. Other options that were considered were creating a cap on what could be saved, but this wouldn't be fair and would create the wrong incentives, stuff I would rather avoid. I feel this tweak to the tier is more fair, though if you have some ideas that could solve this particular problem, I'd be curious to know what you came up with.
