Found you on YT exactly one year ago when looking for a modified yoga/stretch exercise program to evolve out of two yrs. of phys disabil and still in elec wheel chr.! Sinivitis is an auto-imun. disease of the tendons of entire body--yes, torture!! Your wrk-out prog and yoga stretched me out, while it built me up!! I cross country mntn bike 5hrs/wk at aerobic cardio rate and do exercise progs 3x/day!! Fit and trim, healthy and vital: thank you for kick-starting my lust for life!!
