Tanaka-kun is an introverted young college student, but above all, very lonely, so much so that his classmates nickname him "Lonely-kun."
Fed up with his situation, Tanaka begins to research a revolutionary medicine that will make him no longer a lonely boy. However, after taking it, he turns into a buxom blonde woman.
