New Timing plugin released, plus a solution for central leaderboards/blacklist

PatreonTimingPlugin
This plugin allows you to have multiple timing areas per map. On SRP for example, you can set lap times on C1 or Belt without using a special time attack layout.
After activating the plugin, click on the light bulb in chat and you'll see two new entries, Timing and Timing Leaderboard.
Timing will show your current lap time. Red text means your lap time was invalidated. Normal AC timing apps unfortunately won't work.
Timing Leaderboard shows leaderboards for each area of the map:
For leaderboards to work, you'll need another tool that is included in this release:
AssettoServer Hub
AssettoServer Hub acts as a central place to store data for your game servers, including
- Blacklist
- Whitelist
- PatreonTimingPlugin leaderboards
- PatreonRaceChallengePlugin leaderboards
AssettoServer instances can use the new PatreonHubPlugin to connect to an AssettoServer Hub. Once a server is connected, it will automatically use the shared blacklist and leaderboards.
