There have been some unfortunate regressions in the 0.0.53 release, such as CSP color changes not working or the server suddenly requiring a MSVC++ runtime to be installed on Windows.
This release fixes these issues and also contains preparations for upcoming features (e.g. better anti-cheat).

This release features new car specific overrides to handle things like rare car spawns, better support for large trucks and more (just generate a new extra_cfg.yml to see the new options).
You can also allow some players to use certain admin commands by using the new command permission system, e.g. to allow trusted players to control time and weather.

This release focused a lot on optimization, for example massively decreased RAM usage so you can run more server instances on a single VPS.

This is a rather small update, but it includes some new features that might be interesting:
* Dynamic time multiplier, to make time go faster during the day for example
* Auto moderation to kick players driving the wrong way / blocking the road / driving without lights
