Xena does Cluedo. Not a fan of making out Gabby to be dumb in this episode so definitely not a favourite.

2023-11-23 16:38:38 +0000 UTCOMG, Liam! Not only were you the only reactor to notice the wood, you figured it out exactly way before the final act! I have a soft spot for this episode; I actually think it was a well-done whodunnit. Yes, there were certain contrivances like with any murder mystery, but it was complex enough with enough seeds planted early, as evidenced by the fact that you did figure it out from what was subtly presented on screen. And all the loose ends were tied up in the end. Also nice to see them give each of the five recurring guest characters their own moments of focus and humour. All the different combinations of character interactions we've never seen before had surprisingly good chemistry. It gave most of the smaller characters a nice moment at the end too: Lila assured Minya that she was heroic, Gabrielle and Joxer had a sweet moment of friendship, and Autolycus once again showed his good heart in giving Cyrene the diamonds. And yes, you're absolutely right. The next episode to watch is 22, the finale. Can't wait to see your reaction to the rest of the season! :D
