The music playing when Major sneaks in to rescue Natalie is the Don Quixote music, after Ravi compared Major to Don Quixote tilting at windmills (the character attacked windmills because he wanted to act like an old-timey knight, who would think of them as giants). So the music is about Major doing something heroic-minded despite how seemingly insane it is.
