Small Sneak Peek "Online Learning System"

I remember in TS3 that i had a Mod which enabled Skill Learning via Tablets and this is a S4 Version which enables Skill Learning via Computer, Tablet and Phone.

Never used GtS so i did not know that, thx. Guess it will be still ok to continue though since this adds the Options to Tablets & Phones too instead of Computer only.
