Undead Legacy 2.5.79 Experimental out

I received quite a few questions if the update will be compatible with previous saves and my answer is the same as always, if I don't specifically say that there might be problems, then most likely your saves will be just fine.

I also want to point out, until there's a fix from TFP in regards to drones used by players potentially corrupting player save files, don't use them until we get a game update addressing that vanilla bug.

This update adds a new ingame mechanic/feature: ability to upgrade existing workstations.

So what happens when you upgrade a workstation, that's smaller than the next tier? Adjacent blocks will be deleted, so once you update your game to 2.5.77, before upgrading your Tier 1 Research Station, pick it up and place it back down somewhere, the new one will require 2x2x1 space and will be safe to upgrade without needing to worry about nearby blocks getting deleted.

Moving forward, any future work on workstations will take into consideration the fact that all tiers of the same type of workstation will have to have the same footprint as the highest tier possible (usually the one that takes the most space).

No, there's still 3 tiers of workbench as well as more tiers for all the other stations. To get a higher tier station, you have to upgrade starting with T1. The difference is that you no longer craft T2, T3 stations, you craft the T1 one and then upgrade them to higher tier. In a situation where you need to craft, lets say another Tier 3 Workbench, that means you would have to make a T1 one, place it down, then upgrade it to T2, then to T3.

So the workbench is just a single tier now?

It's there right? lol

Waits for people to join Discord asking why their boxes were deleted when upgrading a workstation lol
