Here's a more detailed blockout for the Terminal.
I will add few last blockout things tonight and tomorrow I will start texturing the map and placing secondary / tertiary details.

Sounds like flattery, but this needs to be voiced. This map really looks like a functional oil terminal, and clearly designed outside-in. Everything can be placed realistically here: spawn points, patrol paths, and loot areas. So much better than typical games that feel like tunnels with scripted events. Imagine this facility still had electricity and how fun it will be to sneak around at night, avoiding both area lighting and armed guards.
