Dev Update (28/10/2025)

Hi!

Here's a quick dev update.

I have now returned from my mini-break and transitioned back to the early access development.

First thing that I did today is that I added the dual render / PIP scope (video clip attached) support, so now in the early access you can choose whether you want to use PIP-scopes with minor performance impact or stick with the standard ones.

Tomorrow I will start working on the remaining early access maps and I will probably start with the Outpost map which is one of the more difficult ones since it requires bunker below the terrain and in-general the IRL location is quite complex geometry-wise.

Once I get rolling with these new early access maps, I will figure out a good timeframe for the next dev build which will related to school and one other new map for testing certain new topics.

Like mention in the post these PIP scope options are part of the early access, so you can choose which one you prefer for optics :)

what happened to this version of the ACOG? the one in the current Demo (December 2025) has way too much scope shadow regardless of eye relief. In my service, it is issued as the RCO optic and the one shown in video is the more accurate depiction (little/no scope shadow with long eye relief, but less accuracy).
