A few of you asked me to post a longer version of the guided meditation I've recently posted so here's an updated, longer version.
In order to achieve the slow down and relaxation of your nervous system is needed from you to meditate daily along with the video for 30 days, enough for the body to start seeing this action as a "habit" and for your brain to look forward it.
