Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising ultrawide solution

Multiple people have expressed their interest in a fix for this game, so when one of them noted that there is a free version, I thought I'd try to help out.

Looking at the code, I found that this is another game on Unreal Engine that does many things its own way rather than relying on the defaults. I guess that was the bad news, as it required modifying the dev's own code. The good news is that getting to any of it wasn't that hard.

Unfortunately, removing the black bars exposed that the UI elements scaled inconsistently, with some being in 16:9 and centered, others being anchored to the left, some stretched, and some even scaling with the width, getting cropped the wider you go.

I spent some time to try to address the UI issues and somewhat adapted my original approach, but most of the issues had to be left alone, as there were a few other outstanding requests for other games. I may revisit Granblue the future, though I don't think any of the UI issues are game-breaking or too annoying at 21:9. For 32:9, the health bars stretching and virtual gamepad screens cropping is more of an issue, exacerbated even further at 48:9, with the additional issue of left-anchoring, especially prominent when training (see some of the screenshots).

I think this is a satisfactory solution for a game that is so inconsistent and contains at least two games inside one. I won't get far if I nitpick and try to make everything perfect for every game - something that I should tell myself more often!
