M4 Max is certainly a powerful chip. I don’t know how they‘d compare to a top end Nvidia GPU. The forum or TouchDesigners discord might be a good place to ask this

2024-11-05 08:07:03 +0000 UTCI have a base model 16 inch MBP from 2019 but I'm planning to acquire a 14 inch M4 Max with 64gb, Do you think it's gonna be a good choice or a better option would be to go for a Windows laptop with Nvidia Graphics.
