-reworked opcreate workflow to match TD standards
-compatible with function store tools
-added tags 'T3D' and '[name]T3D' to T3D operators
-added OPType attribute to T3D operators
-new lookupT3D
-new compositeT3D
-improved thresholdT3D
-created T3D ops now start with numbering (e.g. 'constant1')
-T3D ops name now without 'T3D_' prefix
-ctrl+shift B shortcut for bypassing T3D ops
