Here you have my training planner spreadsheet for 2025 that are free for you as a Patreon supporter to use if you want. If you want to see how I use it you can check out the video linked in the pdf you get.
To use it just download the google spreadsheet source file as an excel file then you can upload it to your own Google Drive to open and edit it in Google Spreadsheet.
