5k Training Plans for you to PR in your next race!

I also plan on creating plans for a lot of other racing distances, ultras and trail races. So I would love to know in a comment from you what my next training plan should be for!
I have used my experience from my elite career and from working with world class athletes both as a coach and physiotherapist to craft what I believe is the best 8 week 5k training plan on 4 different training levels, what makes my plan unique to all other plans you can find online is that you don’t just get a PDF to follow. You get my training planner sheet that is easily edited by yourself so you can adapt it to your life and make changes if needed to. You also get 4 different plans to choose from depending on your running background and how much you want to train. The 4 programs included range from 3h-8h of training per week so I’m sure you can find the right one for you. And as a coach I don’t just want to leave you with a plan, you will also get a lot of video content of me coaching you through the program and a follow along video of a running strength workout. Besides the 4 programs you get a total of 50 min of video content to help you towards your goal.

Hi Stefan good question, yeah I recommend using the same kind of principle but adjusting the plan to make the workouts a bit tougher and increase the mileage/mins per day slightly.
