This package include: - 8 week training plans for a 5k race - Editable training sheet - 4 different plans depending on how much you want to train: 3-5h/week, 4-6h/week, 5-7h/week or 6-8h of training per week. - Follow a long strength program - A total of 50min of video content of me coaching you through the program. I have used my experience from my elite career and from working with world class athletes both as a coach and physiotherapist to craft what I believe is the best 8 week 5k training plan on 4 different training levels, what makes my plan unique to all other plans you can find online is that you don’t just get a PDF to follow. You get my training planner sheet that is easily edited by yourself so you can adapt it to your life and make changes if needed to. You also get 4 different plans to choose from depending on your running background and how much you want to train. The 4 programs included range from 3h-8h of training per week so I’m sure you can find the right one for you. And as a coach I don’t just want to leave you with a plan, you will also get a lot of video content of me coaching you through the program and a follow along video of a running strength workout.
