Medication Problems

This is some terrible news from the Tory shithole of "Great" Britain but despite the fact that I have been very proactive lately - there is ANOTHER pills shortage - I have been told this morning that there is apparently no 36mg methylphenidate available. Hopefully, as I am now wasting a chunk of my morning to talk to the doctor for the 8th time in the last week, they will be able to solve it with 18mgx2 or something like that.
Unfortunately, if not, I don't know when I will be able to get pills again. I will try my best to work without them but given, y'know, ADHD, I may reduce to a snail's pace.
I am incandescently angry right now, because this bullshit keeps happening, and worst of all I am expected to handle all of it myself. I must call up, I must chase, I must jump through hoops - it's a controlled drug, which means there's even shit like the pharmacy unable to tell me if they can get the other dosages, because they need a scrip to even go into the system and look for them! - and I have been doing so fucking well, but this is out of my control.
I don't like to get political on here because this is a smut thing, let's be real, but I keep getting fucked over by a very particular party who have a very particular belief in ruining this country for the sake of profit, and it is infuriating.
Anyway, I will post an update when I get the chance. I have pills to last me until Monday, but Tuesday onwards I'm out, and we'll see how that works.
Fuck the Tories.
