I hate it when Patreon doesn't show me notifications.. I am sorry for the abismally late reply. I don't have a guide out, but I'll work on one. In short I use a very simple system, taking the 2 inches tiles, starting at a corner and going red - blue - red - blue etc.. on each side. This can be a problem for 2in x 1in wall tiles, and I often avoid putting magnets in the short sides so that I can re-use the same tiles more, and go for thin metal strips instead on those shorter sides (less strong, but still good enough to hold dungeons together). Then for other magnets places (like where playability split walls parts meet) there is usually no reason to alternate and I just go all red on the bot parts, all blue on the top parts.

2025-03-07 21:28:17 +0000 UTCIm wondering... do we have a guide to apply magnets? Im talking about polarity if you add magnets its always a mess to think so if you have some guide marking red/blue recommended faces for the different pieces?? would be really good I don't want to mess with polarity as its going to be a nightmare to fix later on

2024-11-01 09:44:18 +0000 UTCWelcome :) The tiles I make use the OpenLOCK standard, which has a specific clip to join various tiles (useful if you print with filament) or a magnetizable clip (which I suggest using with resin). To save a bit of material I designed very simple "magnet bullets" which are basically magnet holes that can be glued to and fit in the OpenLOCK tile mechanism. There is a folder in the Welcome Pack called "OpenLOCK Magnetized Clips" that has all the instructions in it. You can also access it here: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-openlock-magnetized-clips-244141 I hope this helps!

2024-11-01 09:33:17 +0000 UTCHello! Im new around here... Comming from RpArchive any tips or idea to add magnets here ? :D Im checking the wizard content The walls has some 3x2 holes which looks like perfect fit for magnets :D for floors a bit more difficult any experience doing this?

2024-10-31 14:37:08 +0000 UTCI share them both ways! Drive links here (that I remove at the end of the month) and sharing on MMF. Since it is something that I have to do by hand I always share the models via MMF as soon as they are ready and then at the end of the month. I do my best to share them also as soon as people join, but depending on the day I may be a bit late on that. In any case if something is missing send me a DM and I'll sort it out :)

2024-09-30 17:40:27 +0000 UTCNew supporter here. Do you always share the files directly or do you also share them on MMF?
