This update is just a small fix for the black outlines around the wheat, as well as some tweaks to make the grass look better under the sun in seus!
Introduction:
This is a texture pack based off of "Kelly's RTX NORMALS" for Minecraft bedrock RTX. This texture pack is for the most part ported over, but in many ways a lot of textures are tweaked to feel/look better for LABPBR 1.3, and most shaders that support it. Though, the shader that I have mainly used this texture pack for is SEUS PTGI, since it is a free, and one of the best performing path traced shaders on java
If you're new to Minecraft Java, Then you will need to install "Optifine" for the latest version of Minecraft, which adds support for shaders, and all of their features. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube or google, and installing is super simple!
How do I install the GFME edit to Seus ptgi? First, you wanna go to this link, and download this shader, it's on Sonic Either's Patreon, and as of lately it is free. (SEUS PTGI HRR Test 2.1), as well as going to the Shader Labs discord server "https://discord.gg/RpzWN9S", before scrolling down to the channel labeled "Seus Cody", and in that channel there is a thread called "SEUS GFME". Scroll up until you find the "SEUS_PTGI_HRR_Test_2.1_GFME_v1.10.jar" and download. Then to install the edit you: put original SEUS PTGI HRR Test 2.1 zipped file and this jar into same folder (Preferably an empty one), and run this jar, there should be a new folder with shader files inside.
Now of course if you just want the latest version of his unedited shader, then it can be found here (SEUS PTGI HRR Test 3.0)
RECCOMENDED SETTINGS FOR THIS TEXTURE PACK ON SEUS PTGI HRR Test 2.1 GFME:
Video Settings > Quality > Connected Textures (ON)
[this is for glass connected textures, but could lead to visual bugs]
Video Settings > Shaders > Shader Options > Raytracing > Ray tracing Samples (3)
[this one is not necessary though, this just makes lights and shadows look better at a performance cost]
Video Settings > Shaders > Shader Options > Reflection > Full Raytrace Reflections (ON)
[This one is the most important for block reflections, but can impact performance a lot]
(^^All of this applies for the base versions of seus PTGI, but the settings may be in different paths)
WHAT DO THE ADDONS DO?
[Addons for this version have been removed (for now)]
