You aren't wrong about the names. 優香 can be read either as Yuuka or Yuka, but I haven't found any official material that specifies one being correct. Have you come across a source where she is specifically referred to as Yuka? As for Kyouko and Kyoko, it's just a matter of taste how you spell it, given how bad the English language is for expressing long vowels. Both versions refer to the same Japanese spelling (きょうこ).
