First TS2Hook mod!

Hey y'all!

So a few days ago I got a mod commission on Twitter, and I thought why not I'll give it a shot.

This person wanted an interaction on tombstones that'd display the biography of the deceased Sim, so that they could take notes and read them again after they've passed.

Thing is - This isn't possible in vanilla TS2, accessing and displaying biographies from a hack/script mod isn't a thing. But hey, conveniently enough TS2Hook can actually do it!

It uses interaction injection so the new interaction doesn't replace any resources, making it conflict free, and 2 new BHAV functions were created to check for a biography and to display it:

So yeah, it's kind of a small thing, but it's the first "real" use of TS2Hook so I'm pretty proud of that :)

TS2Hook is still a huge WIP and kinda messy, but in case any of you tech savvy guys would like to poke around with the source code for TS2Hook and Tombstone About, I've attached them to this post.
