[TS2] CAS Makeup Lag Fix Test

Hello peeps :)

I've made a little fix for TS2 that I'd like to have some people test before I release it! It attempts to fix the slowdown that happens when you're in the makeup/accessories section of CAS (Step 4)

How to install:

If you use Sims2RPC, download the "TS2-Makeup-Lag-Fix.asi" file and drop it into your TSBin/mods folder.

If you don't, download both the "TS2-Makeup-Lag-Fix.asi" and "dsound.dll" files and place them in your TSBin folder. The "dsound.dll" file is the ASI loader, if you already have an ASI loader you don't need to copy that one. You will also need a No-CD version of Mansion & Garden.

Please let me know the results! Especially if you struggled a lot with this issue due to your amount of CC or other factors!
