[TS3] Split Level Lighting Fix - Update 1

I've updated the Split Level Lighting Fix mod:
. Basements are now unaffected, fixes some weird looking lighting
. Fixed split level lighting not working on skipped levels and tombs.
. Disabled lighting spilling over to foundations for now, which should fix some weird lighting.
. Doesn't save split level lights in your savegame now, to reduce bloat.
. Fixed outdoor lighting always spilling over to every level regardless of obstructions.
. Greatly improved reliability of RPCLib ASI loading.

Heya! Thank you! We'll see, I don't have a lot of control over the lighting and how it affects objects and such.

2024-01-26 01:07:05 +0000 UTCI don't have anything in mind at the moment, I'll look into it when I'm done polishing the mod and all but I wouldn't hold my breath, they don't work too well with the split level lighting :/

2024-01-26 01:06:14 +0000 UTCIt's not something ts3 does (at least it hasn't done it since the base game) but if you're open to suggestions, it would be awesome if the roof was capable of lighting. The same for fences, stairs and handrails. They are capable of receiving lighting in outdoor environments. (in my tests, it was necessary to position several lamps above them to finally "turn on". I think you can make this happen with just the influence of one. So, these are my ideas, if you are open to them. Good luck and congratulations on the excellent work again!

2024-01-25 17:35:55 +0000 UTCThank you for the update. With the short playtime I had available this morning, I've definitely noticed an improvement with performance. It's not as laggy and less stuttering. I did have an issue with the ASI not loading on 1.67, but relaunching seems to fixed it. With foundations; did you have a fix in mind? I know that walls shorter than normal sized walls always had issues with "light" tiling seamlessly; I think it was just a limitation of the game engine. I will test out tombs later in the day :)
